Fears and Phobias
A fear is an emotional response to a perceived or real threat and a fear can become a phobia once it starts impacting your quality of life. They usually develop before or after a life experience we find difficult. Common fears and
phobias are a fear of flying, driving, heights, spiders, failure, death, enclosed spaces, needles, etc.
RTT works to eradicate fears and phobias. It gets to the root cause for these some times depilating reactions and works on defusing the beliefs we formed. We form these beliefs to protect ourselves so we find more positive healthy ways to manage our feelings of safety.
